This is for the protection of our entertainers, and to manage customers expectations. This agreement covers you and any guest that is at your party whilst our entertainers are present at your function:
If you or your guests are found taking picture(s), video(s) of our entertainer(s). The entertainer(s) will stop & leave with NO refund.
Any verbal/physical abuse or danger towards our entertainer(s). The entertainer(s) will leave with NO refund.
Touching (unless guided) is not tolerated either. The entertainer(s) will leave with NO refund.
Pay the entertainer(s) within 5min of arrival in cash.
Entertainers need a safe, clean, covered, and enclosed area for their shows.
Entertainers require private room to get changed in.
We don't condone entertainers to use illicit drugs, or perform oral/sexual acts with members at bookings.
We are simply the booking agent, any loss, damage, injury caused by the entertainers is between you and them.
If you cancel a booking, deposit is not refunded. If the entertainment doesn't show up part of the deposit is refunded.
We reserve the right to seek liquidated damages of up to $1000 with the booking client for any photos/videos/abuse.
Please ensure you are aware of all points and instruct the party to act accordingly for maximum enjoyment.

In cases of disputes the "Detailed Version" takes precedence over the "Brief Overview"
a. Cameras, videos or mobile phones are not permitted during a performance, or whilst a model is waitressing topless/nude under any circumstances. Taking picture(s) or video(s) of our entertainers is strictly prohibited!! Our performers have families & reputations outside of this industry.
b. You and your guests must behave in a respectful manner towards our performers and models at all times. Disrespecting them by yelling insanities/insults or throwing objects at them will NOT be tolerated. If any verbal/physical abuse or danger towards our performers by you or your guests at any time, the entertainer reserves the right to cancel their show/service at any time.
c. Any audience participation, including touching, during a show, is at the sole discretion of our performers and is not guaranteed. Our performer may allow guided touching i.e. Thighs, buttocks, chest or breasts. This choice is up to the individual performer and you may only touch the areas the performer directs you to touch during the entertainment. You cannot touch the waiters or waitresses at all.
If any of the above rules are broken this will result in his/her entertainment being terminated with NO REFUND and with possible extra charges put on the provided card (see below). We urge that you explain the rules to your guests beforehand, so everyone knows what to expect. Further action will be taken within the law if these rules are breached.
d. If you or a guest is caught recording video footage, or taking photos, StrippersNow reserves the right to seek liquidated damages from the booking client of up to $500
e. If a entertainer (performer, waiter and/or waitress) is inappropriately touched or abused, StrippersNow reserves the right to seek liquidated damages from the booking client of up to $1000
a. At the time of booking, we collect information like Event Type, Venue Type, Crowd Type (Male/Female/Mixed), and how many people you are expecting. Providing false, inaccerate or misleading information will result in any additional costs being deducted from the provided card and may affect the entertainers ability to fulfil their obligations.
b. For any booked shows the entertainer requires a safe, clean, covered, and enclosed area. Entertainers will not perform on grass or unstable flooring at anytime. Unless agreed to beforehand, Entertainers and waitresses must be in a private area, where the public cannot see them.
c. During colder months we require that all events are held indoors and you have adequte heating setup.
d. Unless event is a surprise, you are required to provide a bathroom for the entertainer to change into his/her costume.
a. To secure the entertainer(s) for your event, a deposit must be paid. This is a service charge by us to organise the entertainers for your event.
b. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. We prefer payment via Visa/Mastercard as we can confirm your booking quicker, instead of waiting for your transfer to appear in our account.
c. There is no surcharge on deposits for paying with Visa/Mastercard.
d. In rare cases a entertainer may confirm another booking by the time your deposit is received and be unable to confirm your booking. If that happens, you will be asked to choose another entertainer.
e. The remainder is to be paid directly to the entertainer(s) in cash when they arrive within 5min of their arrival. Please have the correct amounts ready as entertainers do not carry change.
f. If you don't have enough cash on hand to pay the entertainers, the balance will taken from the provided card details plus an aditional 5% charge.
g. If you are not at the specified address at the date and time booked, the services may be shortened so that any following bookings are not affected.
h. If the entertainers arrive and fail to be paid at all because no one is at the booked address, the full balance will be deducted from the provided card.
i. Upon deposit you agree that StrippersNow has consent to charge your credit or debit card for any amounts payable in relation to these terms and conditions.
a. If you no longer require the services of any entertainers booked, let us know as soon as possible.
i) If you cancel with more than 28 days before the booking date. Half of the deposit is returned.
ii) If you cancel within 28 days of the booking date you loose your deposit.
iii) If you cancel within 7 days of the booking date you loose your deposit, and an additonal $50 per service booked will charged to the provided card. (Waitressing and shows are counted as seperate services)
iv) If you cancel on the day of the booking date before the entertainer arrives you loose your deposit, the applicable travel charge plus an additonal $50 per service booked will charged to the provided card. (Waitressing and shows are counted as seperate services)
b. The deposit placed is specific to the selected entertainer(s). If you want to change entertainer(s) once the booking is finalised, you will loose the deposit for that entertainer, and will have to pay an additional deposit for the new entertainer.
c. Travel Charges are based on booking location, if you change booking location, any increase due to travel charges will be added to the outstanding balance at the current rate.
a. StrippersNow acts only as a booking agent who engages the services of Independent Contractors.
b. Contractors are not employed by StrippersNow.
c. The Contractor is totally responsible for providing their own liability, insurance and professional indemnity to adequately cover any liability that the contractor may incur.
d. You agree to hold StrippersNow harmless for any loss, damage, injury caused by any booked entertainers to you and your guests during the course of an engagement.
a. We act in good faith at all times, and we book the entertainer(s) you choose for your event, but we cannot 100% guarantee those entertainers.
b. If we are advised that your entertainer's situation has changed (sickness, mechanical breakdown, or other unforeseen circumstances) and is unable to attend, where possible we will give you the choice of a replacement, or a refund of that entertainer's deposit.
c. The good news is that 99% of all bookings end up with their choices.
d. In the very unlikely event of a "no-show" & no replacement can be found there, we will provide a refund of deposit for that entertainer.
a. We do our best to leave enough time inbetween bookings to travel to the next booking, however public events, road closures, roadworks, finding parking, etc will impact on the entertainers ability to arrive on time at your booking. A delay of 15-30min towards the end of the night can be common for entertainers whom have many bookings.
b. We will do our best to keep you up to date of the entertainers extimated arrival time.
c. If you are being picked up by party bus or limo, please allow at least 30min between the end of the last show to the pick up time.
d. When booking multiple shows, we also encourage you leave 30min gaps between each performance incase of delay.
e. Entertainers can sometimes arrive early. It is up to you to allow them to start then or wait.
f. If you know it will busy in your area let us know so we can allow addtional time to get to your booking.
g. If the entertainer is delayed, unless otherwise advised you should the entertainer to do the full length of the service booked.
They rarely happen, but we are only human so we do the following things to minimise them:
a. We send you a booking confirmation with date, time, address, suburb, and names of entertainers. It is your responsibility to review and check all details are correct.
b. If there is a change of date, time, address, suburb, or entertainers we will resend a sms to keep you up to date. Please check to ensure it's still correct.
a. If you elect to get a waitress/topless entertainer to do lap dances (aka private dances) during a booking. It will be at the expense of doing waitressing for the group as extensions are not always possible due to other bookings before & after. Lap dance prices and lengths vary depending the girl so please ask. Not all waitresses/barmaids do lap dances.
b. We do not condone the use of illicit drugs by our entertainers at bookings. Our entertainers are hired to bring entertainment to your booking, and not to perform oral or sexual acts with members at the booking.
